Aluminum alloy shell die-casting, do not pay attention to these, be careful of causing a big disaster

2024-08-08

Everyone knows that aluminum alloy shells are widely used in daily life and industrial products. In order to adapt aluminum shells to certain environments or achieve certain functions, enterprises have also chosen different processes to treat the surface of aluminum shells. If aluminum alloy shell die-casting does not pay attention to these, it may lead to serious accidents.

1、 Consider the issue of demolding.

2、 Considering the issue of wall thickness in aluminum alloy die-casting, a significant difference in thickness can affect the filling process.

3、 In terms of structure, try to avoid the occurrence of structures that cause complex mold structures, and it is necessary to use multiple core pulling or spiral core pulling.

4、 Some die-casting parts may have special requirements for appearance, such as oil spraying.

5、 When designing, consider the issue of molds. If there are multiple core pulling positions, try to place them on both sides, and avoid placing them in the lower position for core pulling. This will cause problems with core pulling under aluminum alloy die-casting over time.

The aluminum alloy shell is coated with a protective "coat" after anodizing. Due to the highly stable chemical properties of the anodized film in natural environments, it can provide anti-corrosion protection for the aluminum alloy shell.
